Ok ladies…lets get started with your Practicum.

Some of this lesson is going to be “a little dry” but you need to read it, understanding it and not skim through it. I am trying to make you proficient at being a Domme, but this will take some effort on your part. You are also going to learn some things you had no idea about!

You are trying to create a Female Led Relationship that benefits both of you. Have you ever told your husband a story about something, only to pick up on the fact he wasn’t the least bit interested? Like that time you went shopping and found those TWO unbelievably cute dresses that fit you perfectly, and you were so excited about it! When you got home and told your husband, he said, “That’s great honey” as he kept reading his ESPN app. This is that exact same scenario, only in reverse. If you are not putting in the effort to be proficient, he will immediately pick up on it!

Do you remember in FLR 101 I told you how important it is to “know the answers to the final exam?” When someone visits a Pro Domme, the first thing she will do is interview the submissive. This may happen days before he visits, as many professionals make them fill out a questionnaire. Sometimes it happens right before a session starts. The wonderful thing for you is, in a Female Led Relationship you only need to do the survey once, but you need to put in the time and effort, on the front end!

Before we can go any further we are going to have a quick lesson in human sexuality, starting from the 1960’s. This was the decade where sexuality in the United States started to be more open. Remember Woodstock, it was an absolute sex fest. Swinging was born in the 1960’s. Any idea why?

There was publication that debuted in 1953 that you may have heard of. It’s called Playboy Magazine, and it was the most popular form of pornography until 1973. Playboy Magazine was risqué at the time. Do you remember in FLR 101, I told you about porn consumption and I gave you the staggering statistics. That was a leadup to what I’m about to tell you now.

If you have never “read” Playboy Magazine, you might not know that the magazine contains several pages of erotic stories. The stories were heavy on Swinging. The problem I have with all these questionnaires is, I don’t think they give new Domme’s any inspiration, or a way to “put it all together.” I’m directionally challenged. All I know about North West is that it’s Kim and Kanye’s kid. I need things spelled out for me.

Here is an example from last night when my daughter and I attended a concert. “Drive towards the Space Needle, when you get to the water turn right. Keep driving until you see the big glass building that says Hyatt on it, and park somewhere around there. Follow the crowd of people walking up the hill and they will lead you to the concert.” Again, I need it spelled out!

So now I’m going to spell it out for you. I was being very deliberate in the blog when I was sharing scenarios with you because I’m attempting to promote your thought process. At the end of this page, I am going to provide you with a Female Led Relationship worksheet. The worksheet will include a short assessment that you are going to complete on your husband, without him knowing it. It’s important you do this. I typical charge thousands of dollars to design assessment’s, but I’m giving this one to you for free! I’m trying to change lives for the better, one woman at a time!

If you are not sure what an assessment is, just understand it’s something I use every day with clients to determine personality traits and recognize different behavior patterns. I can’t help you If I don’t know what the problem is! The two most popular assessments are the Minnesota MultiPhasic Personality Inventory and the Edwards Personal Preference Schedule.

The MMPI and EPPS are exhaustive, repetitive test of multiple response questions similar to “Would you rather be a florist or a librarian”, or “When you go to parties do you like to be the center of attention or sit in a corner”. These test typically take hours to complete. Don’t worry, the one you will be giving him is much shorter.

During and assessment you may not understand why a question is being asked, but know it has a purpose. You are going to ask your husband questions in a similar fashion. The first part of the assessment is a worksheet designed to help guide your communication for a Female Led Relationship.

I want to share this tidbit with you to understand the importance of an assessment. Years ago, I was working with a woman who we will call “Jane,” (obviously I’m making her name up) who became a paraplegic as a result of a tragic accident. Dealing with these types of injuries causes major psychological issues for any person. As part of her treatment plan, she was paired with me for mental health assistance. I completed a very detailed assessment for me to get an idea of her entire life. This included everything from work life, spiritual life, sex life, social skills and emotional health. After completing the assessment, I recognized that one of her biggest fears (she had many fears, this was just one of them) was that her husband of 12 years, “Joe” would leave her, because she wasn’t going to be able to have intercourse with him anymore.

I also completed an assessment on “Joe” and instantly recognized traits and characteristics that made me confident he was submissive. I asked more questions in the assessment and confirmed my suspicions. I’m not going to get too detailed here, but fast forward ten years (I’m still working with her) and she is doing GREAT and the two of them couldn’t be happier together. They are having 10 times more “sex” now, than they did before the accident! You can be a VERY effective Domme in a wheelchair. I would not have been able to help them without the assessment. (I was very concerned about sharing this story and violating my client confidentiality oath. I asked her for her permission to share the above two paragraph’s and she was “delighted” to for me share it)

So what are you trying to accomplish by completing my Female Led Relationship assessment?

In Psychology there is a concept called “Theme Development.” It basically means you don’t need to know every detail. You only need to know the driving force and the motivators behind it, and then realize everything is connected. Once you recognize the theme, try to connect them together. The assessment you are going to give is designed to help you identify and recognize themes. This is how you become a “mind reader.” Submissive men don’t want to admit things they want to be “forced to do.” They want you to be able to read their minds. It’s easy to do once you recognize the theme.

So let’s talk about Theme Development. In FLR 301, I told you about this rule for my husband: “I am required to wear panties every day. I am able to choose the style and color unless otherwise told.”

The only thing you need to ask your husband is, “does this turn you on?” (I’m using this as an example because I already know the answer to this question, unless he is lying to you. Just so you know, Feminization is part of EVERY Professional Domme session. If he answers this question with a “No,” you need to stop the questions, and explain to him that you can’t Domme him if he isn’t being honest with you!

When he answers “yes” you don’t need to ask any more Feminization questions because you KNOW THE ANSWER. ✓ Feminization Theme ✓ Humiliation Theme. Anything you do surrounding it is going to trigger arousal, because it’s all connected mentally! If he is turned on by wearing panties, he is going to be turned on by wearing a bra. You don’t need to ask him if wearing a camisole is going to turn him on, because it WILL. The theme is Feminization! If it’s something “women do” and you force him to do it, IT’S GOING TO TURN HIM ON. Doesn’t matter what it is, just ask yourself, what is the underlying theme? My husband shaves with a pink Gillette Venus razor and uses feminine shaving cream because I told him to. And to top it all off, It gets worse with different cultures. If he’s African American, there will be more pressure on him to be masculine. Middle Eastern or Eastern European, double the pressure. If he’s Mexican there will be even more pressure. If he is Puerto Rican or Cuban, there’s 10 times more social conditioning and pressure to be masculine. Machismo is a real cultural thing! Most people don’t realize this, but there is some real underlying stress associated with the pressure to be masculine.

Let’s use my husband as an example. He is the manliest and most powerful man I know! He’s a high level executive for a major, international company and a true alpha man! If he needed to “defend my honor,” he would break most men in half. I literally have to roll my eyes with all his manliness bullshit.

All you need to do is watch him when he is around his guy friends! He goes golfing every other week with “his boys.” When he is on the golf course he will boast about (lie) how he can “out drink them all,” if he wanted too! He tells them how, he has “nine inches of love” and how he’s going to get a blow job when he gets home. He loves to tell them how “he’s going to get some.” Huh??????…… Ok……insert another eye roll. He can’t help himself!

Let’s examine what’s happening here. I call this, “Revolving Door Masculinity.” It’s my term, I should trademark it, but if totally fits!

“While he’s outside on the golf course he has to inflate his ego and manliness. Keep in mind, while he is telling all his friends this bullshit, he is wearing panties. He might have also been wearing my overnight, extra long and bulky, used menstrual pad. His penis is locked in a chastity cage and he hasn’t cum in four weeks! He hasn’t had a blow job in more than 20 years! When he says he is going to “get some” tonight he sure isn’t referring to pussy, because he hasn’t been allowed any for YEARS! My husband and I are having sex when he is kneeling on the bedroom floor, naked, dry humping a pillow at my direction.
